Warranty

1. Coverage: Sizzle Puck LLC (“the Company”) is committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers with the quality and performance of our products. This 30-day warranty policy covers all products purchased directly from Sizzle Puck LLC.

2. Duration: The warranty period begins on the date of purchase and extends for a period of 30 days.

3. Covered Items: This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It includes, but is not limited to, manufacturing defects, malfunctioning parts, and non-conformity to product specifications.

4. Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use, accidents, neglect, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, or any damage resulting from misuse.

8. Limitations: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Any unauthorized repairs or modifications will void this warranty. Sizzle Puck LLC’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

9. Customer Responsibilities: Customers are responsible for proper product care, following user manuals and guidelines, and reporting any issues promptly.

10. Disclaimer: This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Sizzle Puck LLC. All other warranties, whether expressed or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby excluded.
